Project Management
We offer comprehensive, customised project management support to owners and managers of projects of all types and sizes, from new build commercial developments such as office, retail, hotel and industrial warehouse schemes, to high specification private residences, mixed-use multi-storey residential developments, residential social and student housing, plus also the refurbishment of both commercial and residential buildings, including Grade I & II Listed Buildings.

We provide a single point of resource for a variety of project management services and maintain the necessary flexibility to enable a tailored response to project and contractual situations.
We ensure that the project’s key issues are clearly identified and managed and that the client remains in control of their project throughout.
We use a workshop approach to engage the project team in owning the client’s brief, understanding the project’s value and developing the optimum design and construction solutions together.
